Full Service Design

A home with a sense of history, belonging,

and a story all its own.

Full-service design is where we truly shine. It gives us the opportunity to look at your home as a whole and think through every layer, from the architectural details and practical needs to the collected pieces that give a home its soul.

Whether you are building, renovating, or furnishing an existing home, we will help you create a space that feels beautiful, comfortable, and deeply personal. We guide the design every step of the way, help you understand where your investment will make the greatest difference, and manage the thousands of details required to bring it all together.

The goal is not to create a home that looks newly decorated. It is to create one that feels as though it could only belong to you.

Currently accepting a limited number of projects for 2027.

A HOME WITH PROVENANCE

Provenance is the story of where something came from and the life it lived before finding its way to you.

I believe the most memorable homes have that same sense of story- no matter how modern or traditional your aesthetic may be. They are not assembled from a single showroom or filled with things selected simply to fill a room. They grow through layers of old and new, refined and rustic, investment pieces and humble finds.

A worn wood table, an original painting, a beautifully made sofa, a vintage cabinet, or something passed down through your family can give a room a depth that cannot be ordered from a catalog.

Not everything needs to be old or precious. It simply needs to feel considered.

We will begin by talking about how you live, what you love, what is not working, and what you hope your home will become. From there, I will create a clear design direction and make sure every choice contributes to the larger story.

You will remain involved in the decisions that matter without being left to sort through every option on your own.

WHAT FULL SERVICE MEANS

Every project is different, but our work together may include:

  • Space planning and furniture layouts

  • Finish, fixture, and material selections

  • Cabinetry, millwork, and architectural detailing

  • Furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and accessories

  • Custom upholstery and window treatments

  • Vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind sourcing

  • Incorporating meaningful pieces you already own

  • Coordination with your builder, architect, and trades

  • Purchasing, order tracking, and vendor communication

  • Site visits and design oversight

  • Delivery, installation, and final styling

We stay closely involved throughout the project and work with trusted tradespeople, craftspeople, vendors, and installation partners to carry the design through as intended.

Our job is to hold the complete vision while keeping you informed at the moments your input is truly needed. You should be able to enjoy creating your home without managing it

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Getting to Know You

We begin with a conversation about your home, your lifestyle, what you are drawn to, and how you want the finished space to feel. We will also discuss the project scope, timeline, and the level of investment you are comfortable considering.

If you are unsure what your project may realistically cost, that is okay. Educating you on the real cost of creating the home you want is part of our job.

Establishing the Story

Before selecting individual items, I establish the creative direction for the home. This includes layouts, materials, color, architectural details, and the overall mood we want to create.

This becomes our guide for every decision that follows. It keeps the home cohesive while leaving room for the unexpected piece that adds personality and makes the design feel collected rather than prescribed.

Developing the Details

I then develop the complete design, including finishes, fixtures, furnishings, lighting, textiles, art, and custom elements.

We will also determine which existing pieces should remain, what may be reimagined, and where a find from your travels, a vintage piece, or a work of art could bring greater history and meaning to the room.

You will receive a clear presentation that allows you to understand how the selections relate before we move into purchasing and implementation.

Bringing It to Life

Once the design is approved, we manage purchasing, communicate with vendors, track orders, and collaborate with the appropriate builders, tradespeople, and craftspeople.

We remain involved as the project takes shape, answering questions and addressing the inevitable details that arise along the way.

Installation Day

This is when the many months of planning finally become a home.

Furniture is placed, artwork is hung, beds are fluffed, books and collected objects find their places, and the final layers are added. We will light the candles, turn on your favorite playlist, and welcome you into a home that feels complete without feeling overly perfect.

It should feel familiar, even when you are seeing it finished for the first time.

IS FULL-SERVICE DESIGN RIGHT FOR YOU?

Full-service design is intended for clients who are building, renovating, or furnishing multiple rooms and want professional guidance from the earliest decisions through final installation.

It may be the right fit if you:

  • Want a cohesive home rather than a collection of disconnected rooms

  • Appreciate quality craftsmanship, natural materials, art, and vintage pieces

  • Want a home with warmth, depth, and a sense of history

  • Value expert guidance and are comfortable allowing your designer to lead

  • Want help navigating hundreds of decisions without becoming overwhelmed

  • Are looking for a home that reflects your life rather than a passing trend

  • Are prepared to invest in creating something personal and lasting

You do not need to arrive with every detail figured out. You simply need to be open to the process and ready to create a home with a story of its own.

YOUR INVESTMENT

Full-service furnishing projects begin with a furnishings investment of $50,000, excluding design fees, construction costs, freight, delivery, and installation. New construction and renovation projects are evaluated individually based on the size of the home, the complexity of the work, and the level of involvement required.

After learning more about your project, I will prepare a custom proposal outlining the recommended scope, design fees, anticipated timeline, and next steps.

We will talk honestly about what it takes to accomplish your vision and how to use your investment wisely. My goal is to help you choose well with as little stress on you as possible.

LET’S BEGIN YOUR HOME’S NEXT CHAPTER

Your home already has a story. Perhaps it begins with its architecture, a piece passed down through your family, a place you have traveled, or simply the way you hope your family will live there.

Together, we will build on that story and create a home that feels layered, meaningful, and entirely your own.
